Hi all, Keith from NZ here, Annie my wife son Scott and I are over on vacation.
We just stopped by Bobs Big Boy and had a great meal.
Awesome to see the place in person after following its trials and tribulations on the HAMB.
Congratulations Kev, will try to catch up with the cruise tomorrow night.

If all goes to plan, there will be 2 groups of Aussies headed to the salt for Bonneville, passing through LA on the way... We (there's 3 of us headed to Bonneville and 2 more that are heading back to the bay area before we get there) are arriving in LA on the Tuesday and the other group are looking like they're leaving LA on either the Wednesday or the Thursday...

I'm also planning on being at the Wally Parks museum for their cruise in on the Wednesday night (first Wed of the month), so it's looking like the only night both groups will be in LA and available will be the Tuesday...

To late now, but Kirby is back with the MOVIE TRUCK . Hopefully he can make all summer long !!!!!! Then its back to work and movies go back on the shelf till next summer.

My sister inlaw is come'n from Arizona for the 4th of July, just meet her at the airport and jump in her suitcase. I'll open the suitcase at the Broiler so thats the first thing you see.

Thanx for coming on out guys, Jim even stayed till 10:45pm- Amazing,cuz he gets there @ 4am shoots on back to Torrance, then back on over to Downey.
The other Miss A said that there was a whole bunch of different cars there,besides the "family regulars". Cool, for a "Twilite Cruise Nite"!

Im out, today and next wednesday. Trade show for work has me tied up . Congrats to Brain in getting his A in the shoot that happened last night. It was for Time Life Music if I understood correctly.

 

The wife and I drove the 32 roadster over the " Big Boy " the Wednesday of the LA Roadster show. Nice plave and a bunch of good folks. Met Cyclone Kevein and a bunch of other folks.

And the food was good and yet reasonable in price

 

We are about as confirmed as it gets for the first Tuesday in August... Yeah, it's not the regular cruise night, but there'll be a bunch of us in town from Australia that weekend hoping to catch up with a few people we know in LA and maybe a few we haven't met yet...

damn I wish I could make this,I was a drummer and in those years I really had a thing for her besides being a good drummer I thought she had a voice that was great...yeah I still listen to their stuff......I gotta get the book

 

I'm gonna try & make it....I grew up literally around the corner from The Carpenter's. We would go over there & see if we could wash their cars, never happened, must've been around 1975ish.
