Topless Gals and a Hitchhiker Invade the Indy Mug and Bun on the Way to Salina.......

....tommorrow, Wednesday evening. Come join us for burgers, dogs and the best root beer in town AND meet our handsome hitchhiker. We should be there somewhere between 6-7pm depending on traffic and will be hanging out for a couple of hours.

HEY! Brandon and I happened upon the Mug n Bun when we were in Indy this year. We just blindly ordered food with strange names to see what we'd get. It was good. The onion rings are KILLER! Also, try the homemade root beer.

 

Thanks for the plug Kirk. We're "regulars" there when we're in town. You are so right about the root beer and I'll probably buy a gallon of it for the roadtrip.....if I've got enough room in the car that is! lol

 

The Road Rockets took me and a couple of the other Shifters to the Mug and Bun a few years back. We had a blast and the food was great! Good Times!

Sounds like quite a hike from Bay City for root beer, hot dogs and onion rings. I'll put it on my bucket list and we'll see how it goes.

That is correct, we are passing thru on our way to Salina, KS for the Kustom Kemps of America event. We'll be back on Sunday night or Monday, again just passing thru.

 

Only a gallon? That'd only last about 30 minutes around here.

Oh yes, the "Mug n Bun" . Hamburgers are dryer than a PopCorn fart but the Onion Rings are killer and so are the Rootbeer Floats ! Also, there's plenty of John Cougar Mellencamp in the outside Jukebox !

Yes, but the only thing is you'd have to come to the Mug N Bun because we are going to two places afterwards but I don't know the exact addresses and I'm not going to list the places here as they are a surprise to Megan and the Hitchhiker.

I had the pork tenderloin sammich thing and was stuffed. The onion rings should come in numbered quantities like McNuggets... Both Kirk and I couldn't even put a dent in one order, but they were awesome. We got our touristy yellow cups, too!
