Hot Rods vehicle registration

Does any body know of a good CHP office here is So Cal where I can take my car to get verified. I went to the Baldwin park office and it was a nightmare. The CHP officer wants me to dismantle my car and make a new frame. He says the only reason i cut up the original frame and made a new one was because I stole the vehicle and wanted to get rid of the numbers. it was a 2-1/2 ton frame, not really usable for a street rod.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yep dave is a good dude been dealing with him for years

 

the only problem is you dont have any numbers to verify....
you will have to stamp some #'s into the frame then they can do a verification or it's back to the CHP for a blue tag.
