64 11-07-10, retired, got 2 or 3 part time jobs,a few freinds for over 50 yrs, a lot of good freinds, a good wife, 3 kids 2 step children, 10 grand children, a nice place to live, a 70 corvette, building a 36 5 window,good health,been a hot rodder since i was 10, gearhead since i was 1 day, witnessed the golden age of hot rodding and dragracing 50s 60s early 70s, I thank God every day I was born in America in 1946
Me too. I'm 62. Did my first brake job in '58 on Dad's '52 Mercury. Last car I got dirty working on was a '18 Buick, last week. Still got the brake pliers I did that first brake job with too.
turning 65 next month, been slowing down the last year, body is not working to get shop liquidation going, but by the grace of God will keep on trying. of course when tired out, its time to take a cruise in a cool car so I am blessed with a few toys, a nice shop, a ton of tools ,and a little ambition so life is good as long as I can keep moving
Yeah I qualify. I'll be 66 in a few months. I never thought that I would reach 35. We were told not to trust anyone over 35. They were right. I'm still on the green side of the turf.
61 and I still love Hot Rods. Still have the book "Hot Rod It and a Run for Fun". I wore the pages out back when.
61 a coupe of days ago. I Quit counting,quit worrying,got a least 2 projects I'm working on. Life is too short. Enjoy what ya have.
will be 73 this coming dec., still cruising in my deuce highboy roadster and my hemi powered 29 chry. sedan.
I'm 60 when I'm not in my car. I'm 18 when I'm in it. why is everybody so concerned about age? Drive, build, pass on what you learn, we all only have 24 hours in a day. Don't try to live past it, just live IN it. KEEP DRIVIN!
63 here; going to our 45th reunion tomorrow; there must be some mistake................. but, I'm as good once, as I ever was........
