    You found the carnage.

How does the car culture here compare to the east??

    WELCOME CURT!!!

I saw you at the crusing Golden event last weekend in the bitchin edsel-camino Kustom.

You came over and took some pictures of my '30 AV8 coupe.

Sorry I did not say hi, as I was consumed looking over the survivor '32 5W coupe and only noticed you once you pulled away.

I am still new from California and I am trying to learn all the neat little shows the locals have.

One to put on the calendar is the Greybeards show Thanks Giving Weekend. Indoor show that kicks ass!!

    Good to meet you,

    Tex

Spent a couple of great weeks in Aspen staying with our daughter after Bonneville. Have travelled alot through the States & Colorado has to be one of the most scenic states.
Caught up with HAMBer MadCad while we were there, awesome A. Pushed it out of the shed & fired it up for us.

Woodland Park has a car show Sept. 11th put on by the Cruise Above the Clouds car club. Usually 400 cars show. Then a Poker Run to Cripple Creek, special rates for cruisers at the casinos. Here's a link: http://cruiseabovetheclouds.com/ TC

you need to make some friends with some rock crawler dudes and go rock crawling in the mountains, that is if you arent too old and brittle........ i used to live in Colorado Springs and went up in the Pikes Peak area all the time. fun place to live.

yeah, you don't last long here before the rock crawling bug bites. and it's a bad hobby to pick up! i probably spent more on my early bronco than all of my other current rides combined. i am oldish and brittle, that's why rock crawling is better suited than the actual physical outdoor recreations like hiking.
