    There are two famous Mayflower Hotels, one in Washington DC and one in San Francisco. I would think that DC probably has had more 100 + degree days than San Fran. Besides the Mayflower in SF is /was located at the base of Nob Hill. Don't see a hill in the photo. So my vote is DC.
