I promised myself that I wouldn't sling any shit once I clicked this thread. There is nothing to sling! What a beautiful truck. Very sanitary! Drop the front a couple of inches and away you go.

  2. What a great looking truck and it is really RED! Love it, leave it alone, drive it as much as possible!

Great looking truck. For sure, for sure, for sure.

  6. Love it, the only thing I would do is put period speed equipment on it.

Great truck... I just don't see why you aren't putting some fake rust patina on it though. It'll look fantastic and be completely original looking like a better version of the thousands of others out there. ;)

I'd put a Mustang II frontend in it, get a 350/TH350 with lots of billet thrown at it, paint it up with pastel colors, and throw a tweed interior in it! :D

Just kidding!!! That is a beautiful truck, and I would leave it just as it is (other than maybe some period-correct speed equipment). Glad to see this one survived the "street rod" craze.

I love it. I'd also leave it alone, but I'd be tempted to change something for next year :D

If I got the story right you won't need any room:eek::eek:.

Nice truck bro. I'm with the "drop the nose" crowd too. It's so easy and so reversible.

I would not drop it. I would change nothing except to add a custom bedliner so I could use it occasionally.

I agree with Tobey56. It is perfect. If you do any thing try and keep it period. Maybe pull a leaf or two from the springs and bolt on some speed equipment. Altough maybe not. That one is gorgeous as is.

Neat old truck. Makes my beater look sorry. Hope you have a ton of fun with it.

On the subject of seating: Headroom not the problem; you need to find a way to thin the seatback to get more legroom.

A beautiful truck! If it were mine I would lower it front and rear but keep it on a rake, engine speed parts and ditch the white walls. Just me.

If I were to come up with a truck like that the only thing I would do is change the stance and put some more highway friendly gears in it.

This truck is so damn cool that it's not even funny. That is the prettiest damn truck I have ever seen in my life. This is why God invented the color red. I would park this truck in my living room. You should be very proud of your pick-em up truck!

  29. That little truck is perfect eactly as you have it. It makes one look it over several tmes just to take it all in. Nice job !

Some just happen to come from the factory like that -- no need to touch a thing!
