I've heard all the yippin and yappin about who owns what pictures---THANKS for taking the time to share all those cool ones from days gone by.

 

Lew Arrington blows the trans at Lion's in Brutus after taking the ride from Jim Lieberman (whose name I can easily misspell!) As bad as it looks, I think that Arrington got out unhurt.

 

I think that this is the Reed Bros. roadster, with either Harry Duncan's or Ed Losinski's Chrysler engine, at Santa Ana, mid-50s...I think that Art Chrisman drove. Like all cars associated with Chrisman, this one was beautifully finished, think it was the same color as the Chrisman coupe that just went for, what, $650,000??!! Someone with a better memory might want to correct or add...
