    "The "Dalgety" Ford

On 1st July 1925 Ford Australia announced their new car. Ford Australia’s new Ford was priced at a very competitive £185 for both the touring and single seater body styles. Although advertised at the launch date, the single seater was first available in very limited numbers. The first single seater did not arrive in the Duncan Motors Ltd. showroom until early September."

The truck above is an Overland, but the car is subject to speculation Darracq, Cadillac, Humberette?

Not a very good photo, but interesting material. The car at left is a Packard model 30, c. 1910, with a custom body sporting bucket seats in the rear. There is something that looks like a gong or bell from a boxing match leaning on the running board, and a horse and buggy at far right. Were these well dressed folks at a sporting event?

Russell J. Goodall, a photographer and Stanley owner from Sanford stopped by this apple orchard in Ossipee, N.H., and took this image of his car and his companions while on a circa 1919 tour of the White Mountains, a popular destination for early motorists.

The car is a 1917 Stanley Model 728 5-passenger touring car with 1919 Maine license plates. Just above the license plate can be seen Goodall's "SANFORD, ME" town tag, framed by his spare tire.
