Very nice!!! Perfectly shaped top and side windows. Four doors can look so good when done right. This is a perfect sample of that.
I saw the "Hellair" at Viva. It was a pretty big hit it seemed cuz there were always people checking it out. Pretty insane car.
I love full custom 4 doors ,just because of the extra effort involved, and I think your car has the best proportions I have ever seen of a whacked 50's more door, very well done, cant wait to see the rear end mods!
Any more shots of this Olds? We're trying to figure out if there is any way to chop my 54 Buick Special that will be badass and not just look wrong. The curved glass and pilllar shape are problematic in that they look cool as is, and are challenging. BUT, I really want more of a sled vibe and the Olds looks pretty good from this angle.
Here is a couple pics of my '53 mordoor Buick Special. I have the rear doors suicided, working on the 4 inch chop now. Trying to find a glass cutter to finish the windshield. The first two are pics before starting the chop
My 39 Ford Purrs like a kitten. Won't go into all the details, but take a look. 55k original miles...Twin 97's, bored .030 over, mild cam, Duals....SWEET! Murph
Here are 2 from Das Fest last weekend (not mine - but both were very nice ) Rebel (which there were 2 side by side - some consider these to early muscle cars) and a Caddy Brougham interesting details
I really dig this body style. This is one of those cars that I think just needs to be a four door. This is my '65 Galaxie, its going to be bad ass when its done.
Not mine, but found it searching images for '59 Galaxies. There's a black stock, original for sale about 2 hours away from me:
how about Doug DoRr's Pontiac i actually air bagged the rear of it for him shortly after he got the car a few yrs back
