These are the ones I am driving this summer. 39 Ford standard 54 Olds super 88 stick shift 32 Roadster 327 39 trans 71 Superglide
I drive these during the warmer months. I live in the mountains above Sparks and take the 4x4 Tahoe (not HAMB friendly) in the winter. We get snow here.
The F-150 is much of the time. the '39 isn't as much as I'd like and neither is the Harley. Between the three of them I get around.
This is my daily driver. I have owned it for about 4 years. It belonged to a buddy that was killed in Vietnam in 1967 and it sat in his mother's driveway until I bought it. It has a sbc, 3 speed overdrive, and a column shift. Cruises just fine and it's a great way to remember Kenny. The driveway picture shows where it sat all that time and a tree literally grew over it. I will eventually make it nicer, the engine and trans are getting pretty tired, but I will repaint it the same color.
The incredible, everyday, everywhere, shop truck/ hot rod beater from hell! Raced wrecked and seldom checked, to arrive in and drive in, plus the A/C works a hell of allot better than the girlfriend's mercedes...(intentionally lower case)! Oh, and it's seldom driven second cousin....
I was drooling over that bike at the rumblers show over the weekend. My favorite scoot there, hands down.
i'm lucky to have 4 daily drivers - 95 GMC short box, 05 Suburban, 08 Honda GoldWing and my 30 A - put 10,000 miles on the bike this summer - only put one tank of gas in the PU all summer, my wife keeps fresh fuel in the suburb - i do drive the A at least once just about every day - weather permitting - tom
