I remember seeing it in a magazine once. Wasn't it a 69-70 Mustang. And was it jet powered ?

I don't guess I've encountered this rig before.
    Any stories about it?
Was it a NITRO Turbo deal like Bonins or an Alchy deal?
    Any #'s ?

I forgot about the Jet Powered machine but I don't think it was the same team.

Looks like one of the two (I think) built by Frank Huzar at RCE.

John Smyser's "Terrifying Toronado," Smyser was a top fuel guy from around Pasadena, used to show up a Blair's for nitro...built this twin-blown Olds powered funny car as a competitor to the Shubeck "Hairy Olds." Neither car handled well, as evidenced by this shot, as the only thing the Terrifying Toronado terrified were the photographers standing next to the track.

Lookin for some pictures or info of my dads A/Gas Anglia in the early to mid 60's. It was a Ohio based gasser with Thompson and Adams on the door. The car had a green paint job. Was one of the first Anglia's around southwestern Ohio at tha time.

Who could ask for more. The most obscure, and BAM you locate a shot of "Stone Free."

I'm not sure, I just copied them from ebay. There was no info on the cars, just the pictures.

The Camaro adorned with rainbow lace paint job has years been declared on my part as one of the best looking floppers ever. A paint job that was too coll to maar with lettering. Chuck Beddel was the owners name I think, a Northwest based guy. Below it is Nathan Valdez' white Mustang (driven by Wendell Shipman) which I think was at one time Jack Chrisman's car that raced the Coke Circuit.
