    Most of the "big" Russian cars were copies of US models, many used superceded US equipment in their manufacture.

    The 58 Mercury kiddie car looks like it's on the old Ford Rotunda mini test track which was next to the building.They gave rides in new Ford and Mercury products on this track.What fun it was waiting for a convertible to pull up,much more fun than those sedans!

    It's a 57 but I think you are correct about it being from the rotunda track. I also think this shot came from the same place[​IMG]
