WTF? MY money is high-profile scrap drive in some small town in WWII. People took this very seriously -- part patriotism, part competition, part civic pride. I wish I knew WHERE this was specifically.

 

I blew that up as much as possible,and it appears to be in the Bronx borough of NYC.

Miller Girl on the moon has been around since 1907 and I'm trying to locate the group photo of 30 "High Life" girls that toured the U.S. during 1934 for Miller.

One of the girls in the photo was my girlfriends Grandmother and they had to make their own costumes!
