    Detroit,Michigan This is one of the fleet of custom built dual flathead powered trucks Ford used to tranport bomber parts from Willow Run and other Ford factories during the war to the aircraft factories in the West.My dad,his 3 brothers and my mom all worked at Willow Run during the war.

    Sheldon Tire was a US Royal tire distributor in Detroit into the 60's as i remember.This and many of South Paws downtown and city shots are Downtown Detroit, Michigan

    All these pictures have to be the same place...but its strange that the Indian head is flipped in the opposite direction in the new pics,plus its green in one picture and blue in another....anybody know where is this place is?

    You can still see damage left intentionally on many buildings around London . The Imperial War museum has a spectacular exhibit of London during the "blitz". People remember and reflect.

    The hottest car that had ever been on the streets of Richton, MS (pop. around 1500) in the very early 60's. My mother, now 91, swears she never burned 'em down-everybody in town says differently.

    Oops! It's flipped-sorry.

    Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, early 70's. Palomino Club directly across the street. Regulars at the time were Linda Ronstadt and the Stone Pony Band, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Ricky Nelson.
