Are you talking about the wrecker,or my old '48 Flxible bus?;) Every thing on the little wrecker was acid dipped as they built it. Thankfully it didn't start a new trend of Rat Reckers.

Here is my '51 original Holmes 525. I've recently decided to sell it to make room for a '45 Diamond T that will soon be headed to Texas.

When I was groing up, one of the local hot rodders,Johnny Woods of the Merced Valvle Burners, had a Model A tow truck. The best I ever saw!

This one was at an auction a few years back. It was very complete and pretty solid, with all of the original communication devices, riggings and the big flathead that was loose. The were two people bidding on it, me and a scrap yard owner, I didn't have the $225 to out bid him, it went for $200.

Well guys here are mine. I hope you enjoy them. I have too many projects and not enough time to build them.
    Thanks

Here is our 1956 Ford F-350 with a 56 Manley wrecker body. It has been in the family since new. I am thinking a re-chassis with a 7.3 powerstroke. Another project that's on the list.

Just finished this one today. Started with a '39 GMC cab and chassis and built everything else from scratch.

I guess mine isn't technically a wrecker, but I'll throw the picture up here anyway to keep the thread going. '38 Chevy, bought it at a rummage sale.

I don't have picks yet, but that's the direction I'm going with my 24 TT. Just got a Weaver Auto Crane last week. I've searched the net but not alot of info on them. If anyone knows much about them I'd appreciate some information on models and styles, not exactly sure what I've got. BUT IT"S COOL!!!:D

Be nice to see that thing up and running again. I don't recognize the Garage it came from in Schofield. I grew up in Wittenberg and happened to notice.
