Well traded, got yourself a sweet looking Roadster.

  4. I am awaiting a reply from the new owner of the roadster. He might be in hiding because he STOLE that car if he had no out of pocket outlay with the trade OR the roadster is hotter hades ha-ha and he cant drive it

Put in some seat heaters, fairly easy to do, and they are the answer in a "cool" roadster. Great trade btw.

Congrads on your buy, I get caught in the rain all the time and it doesn't bother me at all. If you have the gap at the top of the windshield and top, it will keep the rain out of your eyes if you make something to fill that gap. I have some wing windows on my car and I don't get wet at all. I've driven mine in 40 degree weather so far without a heater and no problem. The advice everyone gives you here will make it even better. I made a trade for my car this year and I'm up to over 8500 miles on it so far, it very addictive and the most fun car I've ever had. Join the mid west deuces as they are the greatest people you'll meet. Have fun.

When I said I "worked a trade" it also involved a sack of money. But we both walked away feeling good on the deal. The Chevy II is an awesome little car, but certainly not valued where the 32 is.

This Spring I sold my 47 convert. I had tried to buy the '32 outright in April but we couldn' get together, so I moved on an bought a few other cars. End of the season brought a new price, but now I had an extra car and something had to go.

All along I was thinking exactly that...Body colored 16" steelies, caps, no rings and blackwalls. I may do that, right now I'm having fund
Also thinking ETIII's on the rear, kidney beans on the front would be cool. You can do a lot with wheels and tires on a Deuce.

The number of vendors may have been down...Several complete model A's for sale, a nice roadster for $7500. There was also a 34 body for $8900.

Nice roadster. Was that a Des Moines car or did you just meet here? I don't think I've ever seen it before.
