  3. This is "Fifi", my Jack Russell mix. She was a sweet little dog, but she was a Jack...which meant she was tearing into things that she shouldn't have, and breaking her of those problems proved to be nearly impossible. Fortunately, we found her a very nice home better-suited to a Jack Russell and their little behaviors. Sure do miss her, though.

Buddy the new lab pup [IMG]
lady, the standard Manchester terrier, you don't see too many standards, mostly miniatures , looks and has the attitude of a Doberman, but smaller
    [IMG]
Bubba(goat) I have no idea what he is, but I think some Boston terrier is in there, can do a standing leap right over the couch, and he's a little guy, I think he's part goat, jumps on to tables [IMG]
Boo, she's the oldest now, part golden retriever and part pitt I belive, muscles and teeth of a pit. with the personality of a retriever

Here are pics of my dog, Kitty, who we had to put down at the end of 2006 due to cancer. He was something. Everybody loved him.
He loved driving the 36 3W coupe! Never got to visit his pal, Jasmine, at the Black Dog Garage in FL.
My t-shirt says "REAL DOGS can see over the dash board."

all mine can see over the dash except Bubba and Buddy, Buddy will probably end up the same size as yours, bubba makes up for it by being a little tough guy. sorry you lost yours, My lab Blackie was at least that big, we lost him at 7

Took some pics today of my 5 year old beagle Napoleon in a roadster I recently acquired from Joe Moody. We were just heading out for a morning cruise on a beautiful Scottsdale AZ day.

This is Olive, she's my new co-pilot and she loves to ride. She's the same breed mix as her predecessor Birdie (pit bull/pointer) that I lost earlier this year. She loved to ride too...I can't imagine driving a pickup truck without a dog on board, it just doesn't seem natural :)

We lost Sophie tonight. She tried, and we tried, but it was time. My wife and kids are pretty sad -- so am I. She was a good dog.

    drs47ford,
You know what Max is say'n. "When are you going to get this thing running so I can go for a ride? Sooner is better than later dude!!"
    Plym49,
I feel for you. Had a peke who made 15 years before his time was up. He like to ride so he could bark at the Harleys.

not co pilots, but they went for a ride,,,, these little vagrants hitchiked over to the shop in the front bumper of my daughters car, on the rollback at 70 mph.

I didnt need a shop cat let alone 2 of em, but after a couple months they are permanent addition.

    plym49-
Sorry to hear of your loss- sounds like Sophie was one heck of a dog and she had a good long life. These dogs become family, and it must be tough to see them go. I'm sure that you gave her a great life.

skoh73, Choppa Hanee and forty1fordpickup: Thanks so much for the kind words. They are greatly appreciated. Yes, Border Collies are great dogs. Sophie lived a good Border Collie life. Today we laid her to rest.

i'm sorry to hear about that, we just had to put lucy down not too long ago, thanks to a very good hearted person on here who helped pay the fee, she was starting to suffer pretty bad and her mind went, just old age. Our vet was very compassionate going as far as to have his entire staff sign a sympathy card and mail it to us.

I am so sorry to hear that, I know how you feel. I had to have my dog Birdie put down in august, she was with us for 11 years. They sure do have a way of growing on you...

Sorry to hear about that. At least you had a good vet and good friends for support. But it still is very hard.

My regrets to you, too, on the loss of Birdie.
