Where's My Old De Soto Powered '40 ???

    I'm the other way, I'm trying to find a previous owner of my 40! If your 40 still has the DeSoto and such (the history still there) and it was mine I'd be looking for you.

  3. Really hope you find it. Gave up looking for the '55 331 Hemi powered '50 Ford I had in '63. It's probably a crushed Suburu by now. Hope your's has fared well and someone out there can help you......LUCK!

    Wasn't there someone who posted a 40 Coupe with small c.i. hemi from back East on here not to long ago ? But I bet that was done alot back in the day. "Bill " do a search and see if you can find the post, just and idea. Lots's of up close pictures of the engine installed in the car. Just maybe it may look familiar.
