I have some things i need to get done this winter..first on the list is changing my column shift to a floor shift, and replacing all of my glass..and replacing the windshield gasket...found out coming back from Pigeon Forge from the Shades that it leaks very bad!

My winter car plans are "Drive Them" - that's why I live here - minimal winter.

Hoping to do paint/body over the winter if I can talk my buddy out of retirement for one more project.

Re-cover my seats and install new carpet. Weld up a few small rust holes in the floor & trunk. New valve stem seals.

Taking the plunge on a 40/41 Plymouth coupe if I can find just the right one. I'm super stoked to start, just don't know when I will be. Trying to line up drivetrain stuff now in anticipation. But wait...the best part of the whole thing is that the track manager is behind the whole project!!!

hmmmm.. might start to assemble my pile of parts into something that resembles a '22 Dodge front half w/ a 223 Ford six/4spd/olds rear, '29 poncho grille shell, '36 Chevy Dash, model a box, farmall regular fuel tank (cool lookin' square tank with/ straps and cast stands), '36 Olds artillery wheels, lever shocks, etc... I've got lots of really cool parts just need to put it all together and make it into something..

other than that stereo and interior work on my O/T '80 Cutlass..

Get my convertible on the road. Driveshaft, transmission plumbing, wiring, exhaust, re-install the interior and I should be ready to go if there are no unforseen bugs...ha like thats gonna happen.

I hope to get my 40 Ford pickup frame in a rolling stage and painted before the snow flies. For winter I'm planning on working on the 401 nailhead rebuild. Hopefully by spring I can be ready for body fitting and sheet metal work. May start a build thread.
