1934 coupe, they didn't give you any trouble with the original style roll bar?

 

I can only run 11.0 and no faster than 135MPH according to NHRA

Guess that was before they got the high stall torque converters figured out - they used to gear drop at 6000 rpm into 1st - not always with good results

 

The neutral starts were all the rage for a short time back then.Lots of explosions brought the end to that.The sanctioning bodies and tracks said "no dice". Saw a few myself back then.
