Nostalgia National Beach Bend Park BG KY

I haven't been able to see any posts about HAMBers headed to the Nostalgia Nationals at Beach Bend Park in Bowling Green KY October 15,16,17. What's happening? Anyone?

 

Im going to drive up for the day on Saturday. going to get online and register tonight

 

We registered online last week, we'll be there Friday around mid-day.

Staying in the campground again.

 

Driving up on Sat. hope its warmer than last year!

 

Dad and I are going. I'm driving Big Olds and Dad's driving his '56 Olds. We'll park out in the trees along the river. Perhaps a meet & greet on Sat?

 

I'll be there. Already pre-registered and everybody.

 

Planning on Drivin' in sometime Friday, depending on the weather!It was nasty last year!

 

Road Kings? You guys doing a Meet and Greet? I'll be there Friday...leaving Indy early in the morning. I'm already registered so I guess I should breeze right on in. It's my first time to Beach Bend.

Oldmanolds, if it is like the HHR there in june you won't just breeze in HA HA HA. Every year we go to BBP it feels like the wait get's longer, one road in one road out. Have a good time and a safe trip, we can't make this year work is getting a little upset about the wife and I taking so many weekends so off close together.

 

Oldmanolds we havn't decided if we are all goin or not I'm sure if we do we will be there early Saturday morning.I believe Denise is doing a Meet & Great on Saturday an she will provide info as to were it will be.Look forward to seeing you again an meeting new HAMBERS.

 

I'll be there . My modified is on the event shirt . Been saving up so I can buy lots of shirts. Plus, I think Beech Bend is the best place to watch drag racing.

 

That's cool. Our car was on the Atlanta shirt a couple of years ago. We bought lots of 'em too!

I still have one "keeper" that I don't wear.

 

Imll throw a meet and greet post up real soon when I can do it on my laptop and not my little bity phone keyboard. Lol

You do know that there is a standing HAMB rule that if your car is on the event t-shirt you have to bring one for everyone at the Meet & Greet!

 

And you know you can't break the HAMB rules. I take an XXL. If my car makes the shirt I'll buy next year!!

We will be rolling in on Friday gonna cruise the 64 down this year....

 

I,ll be taking my f.e.d, crazy train, there, be there friday am, runnig in nos. comp. come by and say hi.

 

i'll be there,unless it snows..........or freezes......or.......... damn, coldest i have ever been in my life.

 

I'll be racing with at least one car, my 63 409 "Faded Memories" Belair in Nostalgia Super Stock. May bring another car, too. Look me up in the pits.

 

We will be there Friday and Saturday for sure....Would not miss it..

 

Planning on it with our without my car. Trying to find an enclosed trailer to beg, borrow, steal, or rent. Anything but buying one at this point.

 

where is the info on the drag racing side.? classes rules etc.
I see all the poop on registering for show & shine..

I should mention that I need to get a '59 ElCamino hood that is freshly painted, from Beech Bend to Detroit. Anyone taking a car in a trailer that could haul this back for me?

Didnt get to go last year but in 08 if you preregistered you can just go on out to the Park/track with your packet. Show them your preregistration card and they will have you pull in and over to the little building where you will pick up your goody bag and stuff.
