Jimi will know. My guess is that it tests your respiratory rate and ability to play the bagpipes... Here's the pipe band in Sarnia, Ontario. These hardy guys passed the test with flying colors, and love the rain.

Donald finally gave up on his original colon-cleansing
device (messy, just a tad), and Whammo eventually
copyrighted a radically adapted version in the mid-sixties,
    marketed as the "Skateboard."

Makes one wonder where they have all gone to.

Yeah, I know there has been a lot of steel drives and scrapping efforts, but WOW, that is a ton of steel.

Picnics - always fun and worth photographing - no matter how you got there.

1919 Stutz Bulldog! Twin, you regs are the reason this thread is SO wonderful! It's not ONLY about hsowing pix. Guys & gals really care about ID-ing cars. AND, the ones much pre-'20s and (certainly) in the brass-lamp and seminal eras get tough as hell! I see cars on other forums that old-timers cannot POSTITIVELY identify. You guys are the bomb .... can I have yer autograph??? LOL

Jimi - thanks, but the credit goes elsewhere. I'm going to reveal a secret on this one: I think SUNROOFCORD or another contributor posted it and identified it at the time, probably buried a thousand posts back. Also, I think Shorpy had it too, correctly ID'ed. As you noted, there are more unidentified car photos posted than ones known for sure - but that's part of the fun. Sharing the enduring mysteries is as much fun as solving some.

Twin6, I have to agree RE picnics, and there are a few keen pics on this thread. What's super-cool is that picnics consisted of a few KEY ingredients, always: A family, the family car, a picnic basket lovingly prepped by mom!

(Sorry, Yogi, go eat some berries, nuts and acorns!!)

RE #5365, Twin: I'll do a little part, then, and dutifully let our friends over at American-Automoiles.com know what their '19 mytery car was! THANKS, everybody!!!

Long Lake, NY garage. Looks like a Model A on the rack out back, but I am struggling with what's inside.
