Event Coverage My Hunnert Car Pileup pic's

Called up Malcolm to see if he wanted to ride along to the Hunnert car Pileup in the 40 and share the driving chores since he sold his pick-up and he said "hell yea", so we called his Uncle John and he drove down from Sioux City Ia. and joined in our drive to Decature on Thursday. Rob Lee and his son met up with us later to round out the pack.
Couldn't have been a better weekend, perfect weather played a huge part, the drive there and back was flawless, and the show was great.
Thanks Catherine,all of the Chrome Czars, and the Red Shirt Army for all the effort it was much appreciated. I like the old fairgrounds but knew you guys had to make some changes and it all came together for an awesome event. I really liked the pre-party in Clinton.
Was good to see everyone and meet so many new people. Thanks for taking the time to talk with us.
Here's a few pic's with the first one's being of one of my favorite all time cars, Bob K's 62 vette. I love the fact that he thumb'd his nose at the purists and made a period mild custom that looks like it rolled right out of a 60's autorama. Nice, thanks for brining it out Bob......... Gary

Looks like a good time. You must have had to bring a pillow along for Malcolm to see over the wheel and reach the pedals! (just kidding) Maybe someday I will have a car worthy of the Hunnert?
