Ha ha ha we were just laughing our ***es off at work about those carpet rakes. One of the younger guys here just bought his first house it's a fixer upper and walking through the front door is like a time warp to 1976. I asked him if he got the carpet rake for the orange **** and he thought I was ****tin him he just couldn't believe that you'd have to rake carpet. Still thinks I'm full of it I gotta find one and give it to him.

    Wow...These Vans are Hot !
I used to go motorcycle racing in the 70's in a piped, jacked-up, angel haired Dodge Van. Many great memories, some not for recounting in mixed company :p

There used to be quite a few VAN magazines in the 70's but now its nearly impossible to find info on them even on the internet.

I would love to find a driveable '67 Econoline shorty to fix up :)

A thread about vans?? Next thing you all will be saying, is how cool the seventies were.

F@#%!!! Its horor so real, I don't know how to look away!!!

While we're at it, lets all go out and get eight track players and sit back for a game of Pong.

I just drove home my next project. a '67 Chevy long box van, with windows in just the doors. It's got a good runnin' 6 cyl., but a sloppy 3 spd. they asked $300.oo, and with a little persuading, she was runnin' and ready to go. There's another one with windows, but in MUCH better shape in a bone yard nearby in Paulsbo wa. that has a V-8 /auto.
