I have lived here 52 years & have never seen it either

 

I believe it went something like this.....

"There's a hold-up in the Bronx,

It couldn't withstand the tornados, but there have been many sightings since.

 

Hurricane damage after the Great Miami Hurricane of September
11-22,1926. Look at what's left of those palm trees! The category
4 was by far the worst in a season that included eight hurricanes
and three tropical storms. This storm killed over 300. According
to Wiki, if the storm had hit in 2005 instead of 1926, it would have
caused damages of $150 BILLION.

 

86 circus performers and roustabouts were killed, and 127
more were injured when an engineer fell asleep and rammed
his train into a stopped circus train at Ivanhoe, near Hammond,
Indiana, June 1918. Deaths and injury were likely increased
by oil lamps used onboard at the time.

 

The so-called "Great Train Wreck of 1918" was the worst rail
disaster in U.S. history with nearly 300 killed or injured in the
head-on crash of two passenger trains at Dutchman's Grade
in Nashville, Tennessee, July 9, 1918.
