Sometimes the chrome filter can work on darker colors.

Hell yeah! I appreciate it. I'm liking "Sally" better already. I'm open to suggestions if anyone else wants to play around with it too.

Thank you very much ClayMart and James D. I spent a while on Photoshop and I think I got it. Thank you very much.:) Matt

  9. Flat foot, I dig that. Thanks for the inspiration. You hit the purple right on...but I read yesterday that purple is being used to support Lez's and Gai's. Oh well, I've been purple for decades since Jimmy Hendricks.

Does look good tho with no handles! Might paint the top too now after lookin at it... but that purple needs to be like a sinister purple! I really appreciate it guys! Lets see her darker and lowered tho! :)

Thanks James D. The LaSalle looks really cool. That is closer to the look im going for. Now I just need to lower it a little more, shave the rear handles, and wish that I could make the change that simply in real life.

  16. It looks from the photo like you´ll have trouble getting it really low because of those gigantic tyres! Looks really cool though. Very classy. I´d leave the handles.

  17. I´d lose the lower chrome strip and moulding. It´s a bit redundant IMHO. Same for the distracting chrome on the gutters.

Yeah, it does have big tires on it. They are at least 31's!!! I had to put a 4" lift on my Cherokee to get tires that size to fit haha. I figure I will probably have to change them to something smaller if I'm going to do much lowering.

  19. I may have cheated slightly!

Yeah, it is addicting, but in a good way. I used to draw cars (on everything!:D) when I was a kid, but this takes it to another level.

Your Poncho is pretty cool, do you have a build thread going?

I'm not really sure what direction I want to go in other than lowering it (wheels? paint?) so if one of y'all wants to have fun with this, I'd really appreciate it!
