As much as I'm still hurting, I'm NOT looking forward to going back to work on Monday, and I'm not really wanting to press my luck by going to the races a week from now and compounding that pain.

sunday 8 am 3d annual csga nationals dont miss it .
we have dragsters, alterds , gassers, superstocks, open fuel (outlaw ) all out heads up , hot rod street rod class, and the midwest street cars are racing a show within this show heads up street racers , just plain bad ass cars.. See ya there...

 

I'm out guys. I went back to work today and made it two hours and had to go home.

very busy today with calls and emails, fed class is certainly growing as well as the pro blown and top eliminator..also have been asked what payout is for that class . I will go ahead and guarantee $250 to win and $100 runner up if the field is good it will be more. the purse is decided by the number of cars ... so the more the merrier... above all big time fun is in store.. I am still looking for an anouncer too???

What time do you guys try to make it to Ruby's? I'm in the CSGA group and haven't got to meet any of you yet (own fault really). I think next year I'll run a lot more gasser events. The classes make sense to me.

Don't think any of the CSGA guy's will be there(Ruby's) on Sunday morning but some of us south of the border guy's will.

gates open 8 am guys line will be long, come have a doughnut with the gassers early ifn you get there early. do you guys have maps in texas so you can find the track???

 

I'm planning on being there, can't wait to see some of the cars, but will be helping on a fast car as I understand it.

Hoping to finally see Beck run, thinking maybe some Guthrie guys might show up, do you know if Mark Artis or any of the Texas Outsiders group will show up with NSS or NMC cars?

They came to the FordFE.com Nostalgia Nats I put on in '04 and put on a heck of a show. Lots of Mopars.... If not, you ought to talk to them about it next year, they have a lot of members from several states.

 

We should roll into Ruby's around 5pm on saturday. Look forward to seeing you DJ. Gonna be fun......

I may be wrong, but doesn't your car kinda have a cotton candy paint on it?! The white with pink and blues in it when the light hits it. I have been telling my wife for years about that color and at the Reunion at Ardmore I coulda swore she told me she saw a car that had it and I wanna say it was your '56. I mighta just drank too many Cokes...
