Picked up a 55 f100

    Well I got it home today thanks to a friend with a trailer. I can't wait to get it running.

    Thanks for the compliments I think it looks pretty cool too.

    53 was the last year for the flathead.

    Nice looking start to a cool project. I had to sell stuff too when I dragged my 53 home. :D

    I know it sucks, I'd like to keep my 53 150 it has character...would be a cool car to fix up.

    here you go,lowered with spyder caps...although I changed the bolt pattern to 5 on 4.5 with a speedway disc brake kit then swapped out the rear end for a passenger car 9 inch as well

    nice some big and littles on red rims w/ wide whites and call it done! my wife was not happy when i brought home a59 apache w/350 pontiac in so i drove it daily for 5 years it was a great work truck.

    Nice truck, from what I can see it looks like I would have to go with an smaller bolt pattern to run the spider caps. I really don't want to spend that kind of money right now. I'll figure something out. I found a thread with a ton of F100 pics so I have some ideas. I saw some lug nuts and a center push through that looked similar to spider caps but I don't know if that would look good. I'll figure something out eventually. First I have to get it running and stopping.
