Am I correct in reading Packard on the front of this one? Perhaps Twin Six can tell us what power unit these early trucks used. Maybe the 6"x6" single?

 

A French Latil(?) with British plates.

 

The wheels have a Cadillac look about them and the hood sides could be 1930 Cadillac. I wonder if it is based on a stretched Cadillac chassis?

 

Maybe an IHC high wheeler around 1910?

I think you are correct on the wheels. If someone can zoom in on the radiator script I think is says RAPID, a popular truck and bus maker.
