Darn, well I'll get it painted and dressed up and see if you guys like it any better. They're going to start at $175 each, and be available in 15" and 16". We can make it in any bolt pattern. I think you might like the 16" better, that was a 15x7

Kinda "stout" looking, would probably look best on a fat fender or truck. I'll reserve final opinion until I see a painted or plated mock up, but I'd say they have possibilities.

I swear to God, I was going to say THAT same rim, LMFAO.

I gotta say that it looks original, and I think you're trying to be original with the style of rims, but that rim really reminds me of a flower for first time.

    woha, tough crowd today.

Lets see paint and a tire. like a 6.00 or 7.50.

I think not so bad. Maybe even two colors like a big rig spoke hub/rim?

The rear on thaat truck looks better than the front.

  12. Just like art its in the eye of the beholder. I like them and onthe right projectthey would look great possibly 40's fat fender.Rob.

They belong on a wagon. Not a station wagon, a covered wagon. Sorry, just my .02.

  14. I'm with the majority here. Not feeling them either but if it were painted and mounted up with a widewhite then we'll see.

All of this criticism coming from guys who probably had Weld or Cragar Pro and Drag Stars on their last cars.

Lose 4 spokes and they would be perfect and labor cost would be less

Larger diameter rim might help. It'd thin things out a bit.
The comment on putting them on a fat fendered truck sounds good.
Thanks for showing up with new stuff!!!

Ok here it is fixed up a bit. Any better? And they're going to start at $140 each.

yep that helps it look alike a flower.

thanks for effort and trying to find a new wheel. how about trying to redo the dodge/plymouth 18" wheel its a flat piece with cut outs and some curve to it...

you still do the best chrome jobs on chrome reverse wheels..

How many Hummingbirds did you attract this morning?

  22. Looks better in color. I can see a skinny set on a fenderless car or truck perhaps.

A darker color might visually minimize the "flower petal" shape of the spokes.

I still agree with what I said earlier ,Sorry I know alot of effort went into those wheels , There is just too many spokes ,Do you remember the old 2 peice wheels from back in the day ,Try more on lines from that ...Think they only had 6

Can we see it with a much smaller cap on the smaller rim? That cap looks like an afterthought in my opinion, but more like it fits on the larger rim.

Has anybody ever seen a car actually wearing those teddy bear wheels?

    Like ... on the street?

    I never have.

It does look better with paint on it, maybe a darker color. These might work with older, unchopped cars? Got any straight on shots in colors?

I was suprised to see it in yellow after some were stating that it looked like a flower. I think painting it black in a 16" x 4"-4 1/2" with a tire would change some minds.
I would love to see them photo shopped on say a 30-31 PU would look great.

Why not make a set of Divco styled Milk truck wheels ???? those seem to be wanted .

The yellow finish would look good on a green woody surf wagon, A larger like 17 might look good with the spokes brushed and sponged to look like a wood spoke wheel.

Yup. Post 'em in different colors if you have them & I'll find a truck to Photoshop 'em on.
