Oh man, Nu Chrome! the chrome shop from hell. The only thing they are good at in my opinion is lying and excuses. I heard they are banned from advertising in Hemmings and also heard they changed there name. Do a google shearch I did after they screwed me, I wish I would have searched them on the internet first.

I'm always building, Larry! Got a bunch of parts I need chromed and not sure where to go around here. I've heard of D&D a few times, but haven't heard yet from anyone who's personally used them.

Hey guys, A friend told me about D&D, he took me with him to pick up his bumper and grille for his '51 buick. Nice work ! The Grille has stainless covers over the grille teeth from GM. This guy took them all off and buffed each one to a chrome like finish, re***embled the grille to look better than new ! I believe the charge was $350 the front bumper came out great, I think $500. Best part ,,,turn around time 2and a half weeks. This was in Feb.'13. Good work is not cheap !!! Cheap work is not good!!

I've done a bunch of stuff with D&D the past couple of years for car and boat projects...I've been real happy with the quality, lead time, and price on every piece...always as promised, and nothing ever missing!

What's nice is they'll do what ever level of job you're looking for or can afford.

Friends have also done a bunch with them and have also been happy.
D&D is a great local resource for us!
