I don't know what's going on here, but I kind of like it...
with all that wiggling around going on, it would be kind of hypnotic...in a good way

SIATA (Society Italian Auto Transformation Accessories) was something like Shelby in the US.

Steve McQueen was an owner of a SIATA.

We ALSO devoured Elvis movies, folks!!! LOL My wisecracks in BLUE below. (If I pee in anybody's Cheerios, I apologize in advance for insulting your fave flick!) These movies in the '60s were dumb as hell, BUT, it was a great excuse to get out of the house and go chase girls! Do I lie?

    PLOT:

An anthropologist Professor Robert Orwell Sutwell [Come again? Must be SQUARE!] (Bob Cummings of TV comedy) is secretly studying the "wild mating habits" [sic! "Wild." Right. We need an anthropologist to tell us what we already know?] of Southern California teenagers who hang out at the beach and use strange surfing jargon. [pipeline? moon doggie? shoot a curl? what?]

After he temporarily paralyzes Eric Von Zipper [If I'm lyin', I'm dyin'! LOL And we bought TICKETS?] (Harvey Lembeck), the leader of the local outlaw motorcycle gang, who was making unwanted advances ["Get your filthy paws off my SILKY drawers!"] on Dolores [Delores???] (Annette Funicello).

Dolores develops a crush on the Professor. [Folks, the scriptwriters were ROBBED of an Academy Award!!!] Her surfing boyfriend Frankie (Frankie Avalon) the local Big Kahuna, [Yeah, right] becomes jealous and begins flirting [You troglodite knuckle-dragger!!] with Ava (Eva Six), an Hungarian waitress. [Apparently, neither Zsa Zsa nor Eva Gabor was available for THIS instant screen classic! They must have been crestfallen!]

Meanwhile, Sutwell's assistant [sans hump] Marianne (Dorothy Malone) further develops her own crush on the Professor. Von Zipper and his gang plot to bring down Sutwell, only to be thwarted in the end by the surfing teenagers.

[Hooray! Everybody loves a SURPRISE ending!!!]
