I've heard from a couple of different people that the building is going to stay. A private developer is going to gut it and it will be a "multi use" facility. Usually, in Austin, that means condos on the top and retail on the ground floor.

 

Hey as long as it's saved in some form I'd be happy.
There's an old high school in Atlanta's Little Five Points that's been turned into condos and my friend's unit is on half of the school's stage, it's an amazing place, two story with a spiral staircase and a balcony.

 

Wow..... those are all pretty bad ass. That has to be one of the best collection of Hot Rods Ive seen lately and I have done a fair share of traveling lately.

 

I haven't seen this little beauty before, where can I find the info, or what search terms should I use?

Any other pics of it, maybe closed up?
