I find tons of shit like that every time I go out, some of it I haul in but most of it I leave.
In Texas they were "Imona" cars. Imona fixer up some day. Or "that was my daddy's truck"
Well I hope your daddy would be happy it's rotting into the ground and not in the hands of someone who would appreciate it.
Great pics though, and someday the guy who won't sell will kick the bucket and you can get it cheap from his kids, if you get it before they have the crusher guy haul it off.

Thats one of the other buildings they own, that building houses all the Packard parts plus some of their car collection, that one only has a handfull of cars at that one, the one with the large amount of cars is on the southbound side just off the highway but not visible from 287....Rich

Rich: Kanters used to own a custom built on a '56 Packard coupe. I was told it was built by a guy who wanted his own Packard Request. This car was a bit rough, I believe black, and had a rather enormous projecting grille with a split bumper. It was advertised for sale in '87 in Hemmings. I checked it out while it was there and have always remembered it, but assumed it sold circa the ad because it disappeared from the yard around that time. Haven't heard anything on it since. Have any info ?

So basically you are calling your Grams an a-hole....... I'm seeing you think anybody who won't give or sell you what you want is a "hoarder", your attitude probably shows when you are asking for a deal.
If I owned something that was near and dear to my heart, regardless of its condition or lack of my using it I would send you packin'!

  27. Here is an idea, take it if you like. Keep your personal drama in the family... you shouldn't be airing family laundry on the HAMB.
