1949 Dodge Wayfarer Conv.

    This car was purchased in the mid-60s and parked in the late 60's. It has been moved around some but has been parked in this shed for the last 20 years.

    It took 6 guys and the better part of the day to get the car outside.

  7. Does it have roll-up windows in doors??????
    If not,its a waywafer roadster.....
    Mine has alum frames with plexiglass windows that slide in
    no roll up windows..so its a roadster

    Nope, this is a late 49 car so it has the vent, and rollup windows.

    Looks like a nice and complete project. I just picked up a 49 windsor Myself. and My my buddy has a 50 rag top. Wander over to the p15-d24 site, some good info.
     
  13. If you are going to a V8 let me know! I'm searching for a trans for a 49,50 Wayfarer!
