Unfortunately, I'm addicted to restoring them. Mainly FORD 3000's.

I have posted these before but I will put them up in here too.

We have the 1949 BF Avery that my grandfather bought new. It will get restored someday but for now it still does the odd bit of work around home.

Here it is being used for tow truck duty. disregard the O/T dually project it is towing.

The wooden stick that you see on the right side of the gas tank is the "gas gauge" :D

Here it is tucked in the shop with a few of the ON topic projects. 47 dodge coach, 39 dodge sedan & coupe (canadian dodges - same as an american plymouth)

Grandpa also bought all new implements at the same time (that hung below the belly of the tractor) had a mower, a plow, a blade and a 4 disc cultivator. Unfortunately we do not have any of these any more, they were already gone long before anyone thought to keep stuff like that. This is the tractor that both my dad & I learned to drive on when we were kids (40 or so years apart :))

'47 Farmall A. Learned to drive on it in the mid '50's, gave it a quickie motor rebuild around '70, used it to power my uncle's planer when I sized the framing lumber for my house in '78. Long overdue for major work now, on the "someday" project list.......

Been a "tractor guy" practically since the cradle. With my dad overseas flying B-17's and B-29's making the Germans and Japaneese VERY sorry for messing with the USA I became my grandfathers shadow. He was a farmer and relied on Oliver power and one lone Ford 8N to get the job done. I was driving the "fleet" by the time I was in first grade.
Currently I have that very same 8N and a couple of Oliver 70's (one running, one dead) to amuse myself and the 8N makes short work of the snow around here.

In my family we have a Lanz bulldog, a Rumley Oil Pull (had two of them but someone stole the one) that my grandfather had used to break the land that he homesteaded.

Personally I own a 51ish Mcormick W6, a 1961 Fordson Super Major (was my wife's grandfathers tractor before he p***ed away) and I have a 1949 John Deere MC crawler that was also owned by my grandfather and my uncle, who are now both deceased.

I have a few. First pic is my '52 John Deere A after I restored it. This tractor was bought new by my Grandad. Second pic was taken soon after he bought it.

Got a '52 Ferguson 2085 that my grandfather bought new. He gave it to me shortly before he p***ed, I will never part with it until I hand it down. Needs restoration but still gets worked plowing snow, grading the driveway and running the woodsplitter.

Was that the one they used to use at Huron? I never saw it but always heard it was a 427.

Here is my 1941 Farmall A, puchased new by a farmer up the road and then we bought it in 1969. It has the original lift-all system which works by sending the exhaust into a piston on the side of the tractor. Also have the cord saw that came with it.

Hey poncho, ya ain't got an extra carb laying around for a 145 do ya? Mine is a closed sided one. I'd like to do a hitch like the one you have with the plow. I have either a Brinely or a Sears plow to get mounted before gardening season.
Here's a couple tractors I would like to get drug home.
