    This one has previously been posted in the Auto Racing 1894-1944 thread by "onelung". (The car wasn't constructed until post war).

    The car was road registered in South Australia for some time. It raced at a number of venues. It was fitted, at times, with extra radiators to assist cooling. It had, at times, water cooled front brakes.

    The constructor was Eldred Norman (1914-1971). [He was married to author Nancy Cato]

    My 71 SS396/ 4sp. No options, plain Jane, one piece front bumper, no consul, steel wheels with dog dish hub caps, non posi, no power steering, sure miss that car. The buyer put it into a post. Ran in G/S at Cauga, ON.

    There is one of these for sale on the Internet,Hemmings i think,saw it the other day.A Cadillac dealer here in Detroit used to have one sitting at the dealership in the lates 60"s.
