    These were SHARP cars! I still question the wisdom of the decision
    to lose LaSalle, beyond the economics of the decision, I mean. It
    seems the public missed the marque when it was rolled into Caddy
    as the low-price Cad for '41. Later, even Cadillac seemed to regret
    it and several times entertained bringing LaSalle back. The nice ad
    is THANKS to OldCarAdvertising.com -- a great place to lose yourself
    for several hours!
