heres my dads '53 a couple years back when we trailered it all the way out to victoria b.c., about a 13 hour drive from where we live in alberta.

This shot was taken before we owned it. This is in the previous owners driveway. It currently has ne front clip, no engine or transmission. I am in the middle of adding power disc front brakes & changing from the inline 6, 3-spd manual to a 454, 700r4 so my wife can use it as a daily driver (in the summer at least).

Mine is on the avatar. The 47 cornbinder is my son's. It presently has a Chevy 6 with a turbo 35o, but it is getting a warmed Chevy 400 this spring.

Here are some pics of one we are about to get painted. Just a little bit here and there nothing special.





We chopped it 1.5" and sectioned it 1.75" and lengthened the cab 3".
2 cabs 3 hoods and 8 doors later.

 

That is some nicely done metal finishing !

My new shop truck and tow vehicle for the 55 Chevy. Still in progress, but hope to be out this spring.

 

Yeah, these have been posted before, but.....Here's some pics of my 55 Cameo....Pre accident...After being totalled...With the new cab.....And with the body work done on the cab and doors.

Also, a pic of my 59 GMC, which was too solid to use for parts for the Cameo, so now I have two old trucks.
