Concerning the second photo from the air. I think I have seen that identified as a "Lucky Teetor" thrill show. Am I close?

I have been trying to work out what this is but I think now it is a 1931 Chevrolet coupe. I thought first it was a big car but nothing seemed to fit. I think perhaps that grandpa was a little guy and made the car look much bigger than it really is.
