Yeah, you apparently don't know squat about the Texas way. Just hang tight a bit longer.

The truck was stolen in Texas during round up time when lotsa folk know many nice rides will be flooding the Austin area. While possible, even likely perhaps, It does not mean for certain that it was stolen by a Texan. It could have been stolen by a dumb ass from Alberta for all we know!

I'm an honorary Texan as my wife is a real Texan. When we retire we will be moving to Texas, in the Dallas area.

I always say the main difference between Texans and Albertans is that Texans are better armed :) Our necks are just as red. :D

So prove it already ! From what I have gathered so far from the thread it seems the truck was stolen by a Texan and may still be in the area.

Unless I'm wrong. Let's get his truck back.

Trying to figure out a way to bottle patience, and market it for sale. Think I could get rich with the right marketing. Meanwhile, at least the thief knows we are not giving up, until this is resolved.

My aren't you late for the party ? And did you bother to read all the posts ?

I want his truck back in his hands as much as anyone down there. Let me know if I can help, I can be in Austin next week.

We are all wishing Mike the best, including me. Just trying to get some action going.

So, speaking of running your mouth did you engage your brain first ?? :D

  19. Oh like I said about 20 pages ago unless you haven't read all the pages...everyone is here for the same reason support..not a pissing match....

So why start one ? Sometimes it takes a little kick start to get things happening.

Yes, I read all the pages right from the start. Would like to see this resolved and the truck back home where it should be.

Tough to take when it hasn't happened. Damned theives !

Talking about being "late for the party" Blue one...your first post on this thread was #1301 on 12-07-2010 @ 02:08 PM and it was a BS post that contributed nothing....so again....unless you can support and be helpful fill your pie hole with something other than bad air.

I left what was of value from the quote of your post. As I said before, I want to have his truck back to him as badly as anyone else.

Why is that so hard to understand ? Or the fact that sometimes giving things a little shove might get something happening ?

Hang in Mike, hope someone will give you a nice Christmas gift.

  25. I thought the shop was found weeks and weeks ago that knew where the truck was??? Sorry I don't have time to scan back 69 pages...;) Can we get a quick update summary , just the facts ,no drama.
    Thanks, Hans

  26. I was frustrated with no word and no "apparent" progress and voiced my opinion and some alternatives many pages ago... until this post from Mike asked us all to have patience.

If Mike is satisfied with the progress and what is happening in Austin on the recovery of HIS truck then I'm good with that.

I'll keep watching and waiting on an update.

Updates from from BooB, Hardcore and the rest are appreciated.

That's not really our mission on the site. Our goal was to make sure the word got out... and we did that...

This thread has run its course. The HAMB is great, but it isn't going to bring back a truck that was stolen 8 months ago. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
