Holy shit dude, that is sweet. I'm not usually a fan of gold, but that looks damn good.

Mr63, I live in far west valley in Waddell but the car is at the shop on 67th and Northern. Still the paint isnt done as gonna candy over the patterns with HOK candy Tangerine then Alex from Modern Arte will do the leafing and striping, then clear over it.

Since some people have asked about the price etc I will give the painters info. The painters are named Danny Chawps and Chucky and you can reach them by calling Chawps at 602-754-7205. The shop is in Glendale. You can see more of Chawps and Chuckys work at link below.

I'm dying to see it done. I'm thinking of metalflake and lace for my '58s roof.

    I don't know that I would agree.

In 1959, on this '58 Bonneville for sure, Watson pretty much did everything he knew. It made the cover of the July '59 issue of Car Speed & Style magazine. The magazine contains an article about Watson, in which he describes "all out" painting as he did on the Bonneville

I think that car would look amazing with a solid gold, with gold flake accents... With some black pin stripes thrown in there... Look in the japan thread, amazing low riders in there!
