We can't believe that it has already been ten years. Dude, time sure flies when you’re having
fun. Right? The reason for the post is to give ya guys a heads up with this years registration.
Since it is our tenth try we will be giving away the mechanic shirts again this year. Only the
first 100 entries will receive them.

This year we will announce our Koolest ten Hot Rods and Koolest ten Kustoms from the past ten
years. This was a tough decision to make but I think that we have our list together and hopefully we
can get most of them back to Dewey. The next couple of weeks I'll be calling the owners to let them
know. When I get everybody called I'll post the cars that are on the list. Do you have any suggestions?

I’m working on the web site and finishing up the details with this years show. I'll pass on
the info when I have it and hopefully I'll have the new web site launched soon...

Kool I look forward to seing ya guys.... I already have guys mailing me their name and
address to make sure they are the first 100. Entry fee is $20 and the day of the show
is $25. We usually have cars from twelve states participate and they want to make sure
that they are on the list.

The reason the show is called the SK500 is we are limited to 500 entires. We almost hit
it last year... We will hit the mark this year..

I fully intend to drive my Caddy there this year (watch for a full update on it later in the week)...

If you want to. You can leave your Caddy at my place until Leadsled and I'll be more than happy to bring it up there for ya.

Thanx for the offer...you'd take care of the fuel, too, I'd bet...but that's three months I would be without the Cad...think I'll pass on that one...

Another great offer...problem is, if it makes the rounds down there, it won't make the rounds here in Denver....besides, my grandsons love fins too...and they'd miss the car (so would I...!!!)...think I'll pass on this one too...!!!

Many thanx, however, for those outstanding offers...

Ok, I promise no pos VW bus this year.... but maybe a 67 econoline. I was counting the dash plaques in the garage the other day, it'll be the 4th year the beer swilling dick heads from Tahlequah make the trek to Dewey. Can't wait to drink beer and bs w/ two tall, red beard, shit the bed fred, shrum, and the Beardes.

  22. I'm gonna be there one way or the other, with either the Coronet or the '41 pickup. Missed the past three years for a variety of reasons, but I want to see Roger's Cadillac, so I WILL be there!

You guys always have some kool rides, looking forward to checking out the Econoline.

You didn't miss anything, the past three years sucked.....LOL!! trying to make ya feel better.

You coming up that early to save parking spots for your friends? I'm impressed...

Didn't realize that Roger was such a draw, I better put him on this years event poster.
I can't wait to see the Caddy in person.

NOO-oooo...you don't want to put ME on the event poster...and FWIW, no one is coming to YOUR event to see ME...may I suggest they may be coming to see my Caddy...not me. I'm just the chauffer...

And one more thing to remember...I drive my car(s)...last time I attempted to drive the Caddy to Kansas and beyond, it didn't cooperate...and that particular drive (Dewey) is 13 hours from here instead of only 7 to Salina...guess we'll see if my Caddy will allow me to make that distance..."stuff" happens ya know...???

Figured I could just leave the car up there, and show up the day before and wash it. Actually going to Bartllesville my mother inlaw grew up there @ Woolaroc.

    Mick,

Same host hotel as usual? Also the wheels are in motion on the Model Car Contest. I am currently drawing up a list of awards that I think will resemble the main car show. Hope to have more after Christmas! Can't wait, hope to see ya at Starbird!

  30. getting closer lol
