    Rod Powell's delivery. Pic was shot in 1976 at the NSRA Street Machine Nationals (Tulsa, back the the NSRA had sense enough to keep the early and late cars separate).

    I think I saw this car in Ryan Ford's magazine, Chopped. It was for some VLV coverage I think.

    Did this over the labor day weekend for a friend of mine while he was recuperating from a serious motorcycle accident. It was sort of a overhaulin type deal,with his wife bringing him by on his way home from the hospital. Never thought I'd ever see him cry in all the time I've known him but he did.......Rich

    a simple less is more .
    Falttened Clear over mettalic copper basecoat.
    and nothing but copper flake on top with a few gallons of clear. :D

    These stripes were painted sometime in the mid 1970's around Maryville tn. We found this car in 08, swapped out the slots and the blue flame 6 for a small block, otherwise this is the way we found it. It was in Hot Rods barn finds.

    Am i the only one that notices he mis-spelled Respect? i could be wrong but it looks like he's got 'RepecT is Earned" on the boot lid?
