Merry Xmas, Helping Tony post some pics of a grill he has found as a possible replacement for the 33/34 racer we recovered a few years back. He ran across this grill, although not a Ford, still has nice lines to it. Anyone know what it belonged to and a year? He needs to get back over there and get a close up of the emblem, might be pretty worn he said to me. Waiting to see what he comes back with. I am sure one of you know exactly what this is. It really looks like a nice condition grill. Appreciate it and Merry Xmas. Mike
I think you nailed this one straight away. Went looking for 35 Chevy truck images and there it was. I will get a close up of the emblem to confirm. Mike
It's either a 34 or 35 Chevy car, (Standard or Master), or perhaps a 35 or 36 Chevy pickup. Does it have a hole in the top for a radiator cap? If so, it's a 35 Chevy Master. That was the only year and model that did not have an outside radiator cap. The radiator cap for a 35 Master was under the hood. These radiator shells are tough to tell apart, without measuring the height or width. They are all very similar to each other, but do not interchange.
