Anyone know where I might find the old flat style center caps for slotted mags? I remember seeing them back in the 60's and 70's, but never sure if guys made them up, or bought them?
They're the type that were flat metal with 5 tabs to screw to the existing holes:

Some American Racing wheels have a nearly flat center cap that screws on in that manner. You might try their website under accessories

I have a brand new never mounted set of American center caps engraved with salt flat special that will fit those wheels. I'll ship them to you for $50. They are about 1 3/8" high. They are really very nice caps. PM me at bkollar44060@msn.com

Thanks Bert, very generous offer, but I really want the flat caps for the rear.

Take a coned one that will fit your wheel to a good sheet metal shop. They can trace it and cut you new flat ones with a laser. It's not that expensive.
