Got an offer to tade my 54 lincoln mordor for a 61 t-bird... the bird looks in better shape then my lincoln although the Lincoln is still nice! But id like some other opinions... here they are... UPDATE: got another offer for a 65 Fairlane... pic on page 6 whaddya think about that? I like to hear your opinions!
I really like that year and style of Bird. That year is my favorite. Someday when I win the big game and have enough doe to afford the 1000 car shop it will be there. That said, I would not move the Lincoln to make way for the Bird. The Lincoln is way cooler, rarer and just way more bitchin than the Bird can be. Keep the Lincoln.
yeah... she is pretty awesome.... she needs some work tho... and my lady loves the Lincoln... just gettin that wanna new ride itch...

Sounds like you like your Lincoln more, so I think there is your answer. I, on the other hand, would trade for the T-bird.

No No No, That is not a mordoor. That is a classic auto that was designed to have access to the rear with doors. A mordoor is a car that was designed as a coupe and they just had to have a sedan so that they could use the tin to produce on the cheap. Lincolns, Packards, Caddillacs, Imperials, cars like that, they are high style. Love them. If you trade that you will never find another as nice.
Go for the T-Bird. You're Lincoln, no matter how nice, is still a wana be, and never will be a cool custom, while the possibilities for the Bird are endless.
