    One of the three Le Mans Triumph TR2s in1955. Factory prepared but no faster than the privately entered one in 1954 they were fitted with experimental disc brakes - one with Dunlop and the other two with Girling.
    Girlings were fitted to the TR3s announced in 1957.
    All three cars finished without any mechanical problems.

    It probably was thrown together and the gaps were standard on so many US built cars of the era.

    You may well be correct about Australian cars and trucks (must be why I don't own any), but the car you chose to reference is a Studebaker from the good 'ol U.S. of A. :D
