As I thought ....... If you sat the glass down to count...... You'd loose the glass It's a good sign that you didn't count some fingers more than once.
Happy new year everyone.....I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of the combustion chamber and valve terrain of an Adurn OHV conversion for a Model A/B. I did a search for it but didn't find much info. Thanks
I have such an engine from H&H. It is not high rev style. I feel you could have more power with either Cragar or Miller and probably better quality too. Anyway this pulls smoothly with broad useful torque range. The ports are small with tight turns. Combustion chambers are shallow round shape with valves in cup like pockets all in straight line. Handmade aluminum rocker arm tips and shaft worn out rapidly and I have to make new of harder materials. I have two 97's on log intake and homemade short small tube header on it. American Bosch magneto on side. Way too much slack causes ignition variation. Some kind of DIS ignition would be better but not as cool.
